How long does it take to switch to Heilioo?

Most schools are ready within days. Export your students, parents and staff from your current system or spreadsheets, and the import matches columns for you, checks every row and links siblings automatically.

Do parents need to download an app?

No. The parent app opens in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen in one tap. Families sign in with a code sent by email or SMS.

Can we use our own logo and colours?

Yes. Add your crest, letterhead and brand colour in the school profile. Heilioo checks the colour stays readable everywhere it appears.

Which payment gateways do you support?

Stripe and PayHere for online payments, plus office payments, refunds and credit. Finance can sync to Xero or export to CSV.

What happens at the end of the academic year?

A rollover wizard moves every class up, previews the result first and can be undone.
